钟节鸣，主任医师，现任浙江省疾控中心慢病所所长，浙江大学公共卫生学院兼职教授；本科毕业于浙江大学预防医学专业，在中国疾控中心获得公共卫生硕士学位；是中华预防医学会慢性病预防与控制分会委员、中华预防医学会伤害预防与控制分会委员、中华预防医学会健康生活方式与社区卫生专委会委员、中国营养学会营养与慢病控制分会委员；兼任浙江省预防医学会理事、浙江省健康促进与教育协会理事、浙江省预防医学会伤害预防控制专委会主任委员、浙江省预防医学会慢性病预防与控制专委会副主任委员等。曾赴美国斯坦福大学、澳大利亚Monash大学等进修交流，主持过多项国际、国内科技项目，作为合作单位负责人参与多项国家重点研发计划、国自然等项目；在慢性病、伤害预防控制等领域有较深入的研究，在国内外杂志发表论文30余篇。
1996年9月至2001年6月，浙江大学，预防医学系，本科毕业；
2007年3月至2011年6月，中国疾病预防控制中心获公共卫生硕士学位。
2001年7月至2008年1月，省疾控中心慢病所，任医师、主管医师；
2008年1月至2014年12月，省疾控中心结防所，任科长、副所长，副主任医师；
2015年1月至今，省疾控中心慢病所，任副所长（主持工作）、所长，主任医师。
《议题小组和选题小组方法在流行病学中的应用》获2004年省医药卫生科技创新三等奖（排名第四）
《浙江伤害流行病学研究》获2005年浙江省医药卫生科技创新二等奖（排名第五）
《浙江省居民营养与健康状况调查》获2008年浙江省医药卫生科技创新二等奖（排名第三）
