主要从事慢性病预防控制工作。

 

2001年6月，获山西医科大学预防医学学士学位；2004 年6月，获山西医科大学流行病与卫生统计学专业硕士学位；2017年7月-2018年6月，英国牛津大学Nuffield人群健康系访问学者。

 

2004 年7 月-至今，浙江省疾病预防控制中心；

 

全国第六次卫生服务统计调查表现突出个人 ；

《老年跌倒预防控制知识读本》获第十六届中国人口文化奖民间艺术品和宣传品优秀奖  中国人口文化奖组织委员会（第一完成人）；
